Is the first call really free?+
Yes. The first 30 minutes are always free, with no card required to request a session. You only get billed if we agree there's more work to do.
How does scheduling work?+
Submit the form with your preferred date and time. You'll get an email confirming that request, and a reply shortly after to lock in the time (or offer an alternative if it's not available).
What if my app can't be fixed in 30 minutes?+
Most issues can at least be diagnosed in that time. If it needs more work, you'll get a clear estimate and continued work is billed at $20/hour — but only if you say yes.
Do I need to share my code?+
Usually yes — either a link to your deployed app, a screen share, or access to your repository, so the actual problem can be found instead of guessed at.
Which AI tools do you support?+
Any app built with tools like Cursor, Lovable, bolt.new, v0, Replit, Claude Code, or plain ChatGPT — as long as the output is JavaScript or TypeScript.
I'm not technical. Will I understand the explanation?+
That's the point. Everything is explained in plain language, focused on what happened and what to do next — not jargon.
How do I pay for extra hours?+
